Hair Appointment Cancellation Policy To respect both my time and my clients’ time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. * Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total * No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee * A card on file may be required to reserve future appointments * For large color appointments, extensions, or corrective services, a non-refundable deposit may be required I understand emergencies happen and will always do my best to accommodate true emergencies when possible.
